Lights on drone don’t shut off after I turn off controller.
I unplugged the battery and that worked.
Is that how the lights and power are turned off.
It doesn’t specify in the manual… not unless I missed reading it.
U need to manually switch the drone off. They run off of two separate battery sources. The drone uses the lithium ion battery housed inside the drone. The controller uses the double a batts.
call the 800number in your instruction manual. Explain the problem and chances are they will just send you another drone. THey charged me $7.50 for shipping and handling, drone free. Indicate that it was a GIFT.
My grandson received a Sharper Image DX-4 HD Video streaming Drone for Christmas but there wasn’t a user manual. We have not let him use this because of that. How can I get a use r manual
I founds some things for the DX-3; I have a smart phone but it will not detect the stupid droid do I need a special cord? I turned on the droid, the controller and tried connecting it via wifi and didn’t detect it. I can fly it just fine but I can’t access the droid’s wi fi any help would be great thanks in advance.
I bought my husband this drone for his birthday on 11/25/17, but we still can’t connect the app on phone to the camera. Every time we try to connect to our WiFi it disconnects the internet on the phone. Can someone please help us with this problem since there dosent seem to be any support???
You have to install the 360 Flight app first. Then follow instructions. Your Drone emits wifi so that when you turn on wifi you will see the 360 Flight wifi and you connect to that.
When i got the drone it flew even though j crashed alot. Now it won’t lift off, i followed the instructions, checked for hairs, did the up/down, and synced.
Help. Batteries are good.
My grandson and I got his out to figure out how to use it. Sat it down on the ground and grabbed the controller and the drone took off and we had no control of it and lost it. Any advice on how to locate it?
I got drone for xmas. Haven’t been able to find the owners manual. Question though, nothing works when I switch the drone on. No lights, no quick spin of the props, absolutely nothing after being charged for about 6 hours

The manual switch is on the bottom of the drone itself.

How do you know the drone is charging…
The charging outlet will show a solid red light when the battery is charging.
Can you send me instructions how to fly it im not sure what the buttons are for on the remote

I lost the original SD card and bought another 4GB one. I can’t get it to record any video. Is there something I need to do to format the new SD card?

I have a dx5 sharper image but when plug charger, 1 motor star running when drone it’s in off position

Bad fet look on the board for the if that is just before the motor connector or solder tab

did you switch out the rotors?cuz they are numbered and you have to have them on the correct motor or it will just sit there
